Just as great as the other restaurants in the chain. It is also nice that many students are employed there and the service is great.

Unfortunately this time only 2 out of 5 stars. The food tasted as always, but all burgers were cold when they were picked up and some of the sauces were wrongly delivered. But the worst of all was that we had ordered our food at 8:00 p.m. and unfortunately we weren't allowed to receive it until 8:20 p.m. ... We still like to try it again and then hope to get the great food and the right sauces again, because that's how we are usually used to from Peter Pane!

I like to visit the restaurant and order more often - the staff are young, super friendly and actually the food always tastes good. But lately the sweet potato fries have reached me burned every time. Almost black, excessively crispy and dried out. I hardly want to give them another chance, because it was definitely the third time in a row. It is such a shame! Please work on it, because I still want to order from you in the future. :)

It doesn't get any worse. We have been here several times, the quality was REALLY poor, our review was not argued or answered. Positive reviews will be responded to, but no response will be given to complaints. Too bad. In my eyes: sit down, six.

Food was very, very tasty! Unfortunately, I have to subtract a star for the service, because we had to wait a long time to even get the cards, given the number of employees. Unfortunately, the food took until it came, but otherwise it is always very good.

Food was delicious. Enough choice for vegetarian and vegan personalities. A bit noisy, however, is due to the premises. The hygiene concept works.

Great food

Absolutely fantastic food and really sweet service. Lovely atmospheric surroundings and with many beautiful areas. The menu is very varied, so there is something for everyone. Clearly a recommendation when in town.

The food was okay, but the wait was terrible. The staff was talking to eachother and our drinks stood 2 meters from us for 15 minutes. We waited 50 minutes for plain burger and fries.

We had to wait pretty long to get to our table. Staff at the front seemed pretty "fake". Food = nothing really special/extraordinary. But it's been for a reasonable price.

In general, Peter Pane offers a wide variety of tasty burgers, side dishes and drinks. The prices are a bit higher overall, but still reasonable. But I won't visit the branch in Flensburg again. The horror begins before you even enter the store. Very often there is a long queue waiting for a table to be assigned. There does not seem to be any permanent staff to take on this task. Then there are people without reservations. It feels like you're always waiting. When you arrive at the place you are often ignored for a long time. On the last visit, after sitting at the table for 30 minutes, the order was not even taken! After ordering, you have to be patient for a long time. If you are lucky, the food will arrive lukewarm at some point. The question about further drinks or a brief confirmation that everything is okay is also missing here. I don't see the problem with the service staff. Too few people work there. Also, I think the delivery service offered is causing delays in the kitchen. My recommendation is therefore to avoid this branch at all costs. Unless you have enough time and patience ...

Today we stood in front of the door again for about 10 minutes until someone assigned us to our (reserved) seat. We then waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order. Please finally hire more staff at this location. The food is actually great, only the waiting times are - at least in Flensburg - no longer reasonable.

The seat assigned to us was rather unclean, but had the advantage that I could see on the bench what the guests had eaten in front of us. The clipboard was gross, as were the sauces on our table. One star for the delicious drinks and one for bringing the food quickly. The burgers weren't a highlight. Oh yes, almost forgot to check your sauces on the tables, ours expired in 5 days.

Since we're very into burgers and have never been to Peter Pane's, we thought it was time. What can I say, the shop looks really impressive. Very lovingly furnished. Nice personel. For a selection of meat, vegetarian and vegan burgers. Everything perfect :) The only shame was the situation. But the place was brimming. One can understand. It was stupid that there was no longer my patty at 8 p.m. (beetroot) but the celery / walnut was also delicious. My friend's chicken burger was mushy and soggy. The avocado fries were cool. We have never eaten before. All in all a nice evening. But we like the small, fine personal burger shops better :) Thanks anyway.

Food and staff was A*. Came here twice in my short visit to Flensburg

The well-known burger chain, beautifully located here in the shopping mile. When the weather is nice, you can sit outside; the restaurants look similar from inside anyway. It was quite crowded when we visited. The service was very friendly, but seemed a bit overwhelmed and a bit chaotic, which led to longer waiting times when ordering and until we received our food. We weren't in a hurry in terms of time, but we were all the more hungry. You can't complain about the taste, but there is definitely still room for improvement. I think the price-performance ratio for a burger with fries is slightly excessive. But you will definitely get full here.

The burgers and the salad were delicious. Lunch menu means burger price plus 6.xx EUR. But long waiting times even though there wasn't much going on. The coffee was forgotten again despite asking twice. Since the service was extremely nice and the food was very tasty, I would still like to give it 4 stars.

You don't even deserve the "one star". Rather zero Star is enough with your Burger Laden. Very poor Service and food quality is too bad that i would rather choose Burger King,their burger taste more tastier than Peter Pane. Table are dirty and chair are uncomfortable and the interior design looks cheap and ugly.

The food was quite alright. Decent burgers but the salat was quite bad. We arrived 19.15 and got our burgers 20.40. We were told that the food would be ready in 30-40 minutes when we ordered. 50 minutes later no one had told us anything and we hadn’t gotten any food. We asked multiple times when the food would be ready and got different dismissive answers. One waiter told us that it would be ready in 10 minutes. The burgers first arrived 25 minutes later. Without any doubt the worst waiting time I’ve experienced. Now it’s 20.55 and we still haven’t received our French fries. The staff was of course very apologetic. But I’d argue that it’s customary to offer some kind of compensatory gesture, something like a free item or whatever. But it’s more about the principle of owning up their mistakes, which this restaurant in now way did. Later after having received the rest of our meal we specifically asked for some kind of compensation. We were told that the waiter had to confer with a colleague. We were offered free hot drinks or desserts. Since we were quite irritated we refused and would like a discount on the bill. The waiter once again had to confer with a colleague. They offered us a 10% discount. We expressed our dissatisfaction and eventually they agreed to 50%. So that is of course a very acceptable compensation. The waiters told us that the kitchen was very busy and that they had had a lot of online orders. It is very understandable that kitchens can get busy, but this is in every way unacceptable. A restaurant shouldn’t accept more customers or orders if they aren’t equipped to handle them.

Very good service, very tasty.

Food was good, you are not used to anything else from Peter Pane. Service partly great. However, it does not help if the male service staff wears the mouth and nose protection under the nose and bends over the table at the guests' table and leans there so that a minimum distance is no longer guaranteed. We didn't feel comfortable doing it. Do the staff get the face mask? If so, it should be changed occasionally. Otherwise, as written above, the food was delicious and good.

Great menu slow service and kitchen need time

Horrible place. The staff seemed really stressed, and snarled at me for asking if we just could take a free table outside. Waited 15 minutes just to get seated, even with plenty of free tables. Another 10 minutes before we got a menu card, and 15 minutes before a waiter came to take our order. I asked if they could cook the patty medium or even medium-rare.. They will only cook the beef well done, which I respect, but when I told them in a polite manner that we will find another place, since I don't want a burger that's overcooked, they seemed really offended about it, like it was some kind of personal insult to them. Never again.

Good food and better dessert

You can find some vegan burger and other dishes. Inside it is a little bit noisy.

Expensive yet delicious burgers.

First visit and probably also the last visit. We arrived at 20.35 and waited 10min and were directed to a table on the 1st floor, despite the fact that there were many available tables on the 1st floor. as well as the living room floor. We get a table and get our food ordered, the waiter takes our order quickly, and from here everything goes like a standstill ...... The waiter says nothing about there being a very long wait, had we known that, we would never have chosen this place. We can see more guests when and drink their drinks and the food has not even arrived yet, so 0.75cl of water lasts quite a long time. Or no not when you have to wait laaaang time for food. After waiting 30min we get a table outside and wait 30min before a waiter approaches us outside and still we have not seen the shadow of food. She starts clearing the table and regrets that she had not seen we were new guests. and apologized that she had not been informed if we had been given a new table outside. But a servant who does not pay attention to his guests after 30 minutes is asleep at work. We tell her that we have been waiting over 1 hour for our food and would like a compensation, for example some free drink, we can have a dessert, well we are not thirsty extra hungry. She should just turn it around with her colleague, but after 10min nothing further has happened, she comes outside and looks and I make eye contact with her, but she slips in again, we get no information about our food, the drinks, or the situation. It is too meager when we have demanded our food after 1 hour of waiting. After 1 hour and 15 minutes we simply give up, so long it must not take and make 2 burgers with french fries. The service is too poor. As can be seen in the picture, it is flowing with shards of glass, it is not good enough. The tables were not cleared quickly, so after 30min our table was not cleared. It was the same problem on several tables. We have no idea if the food is worth the wait, we gave up and wait after 1 hour and 15min. I can see that the problem is not the first time, but it happens repeatedly on Peter Pan, why do not you correct the problem with the waiting time as well as the staff? Customers do not return when you do not fix things. If we were to consider and give the place a chance at all, the food should be ready in a maximum of 15-20min, everything else is a waste. after all, only burgers and french fries are not a tenderloin you must serve.

Food was good but it was very busy so it took a while this restaurant is not for impatient people only 3 stars even thou the food was good because we waited nearly 50 minutes for our food :)

Unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity to enjoy the food we ordered, which looked very tasty on other tables. There was a medical emergency at our table and the staff reacted great, from calling an ambulance immediately, canceling the order, giving us water to calm our crying children and making fries for us through the terrible situation. The ambience is very cozy right on the market. The conditions were friendly and the food from the other guests looked delicious. This team reacted great and we will be guests again when we visit Flensburg again. Many thanks !!!!

Perfect burgers and very nice service

I would give below than 0 but unfortunately Google does not have this option. Have ordered 3 burgers and waited for more than 95 mins and did not bring anything and did not even say sorry. So we have just left and paid for drinks and tehy were happy get the money for drinks and chips. VERY DISGUATING, UNPROFESSIONAL, ANNOYING staff and service. Not recommend at all..Shame on you..

We are excited! The food was absolutely great and the service was super nice and courteous. Our dog was not forgotten either. Admittedly, the price was not exactly cheap, but it was still a bargain for this quality and quantity. 👍 We will definitely be back 😍

Waited on the food for 90 - NINETY - minutes, before we left! After 60 minutes, the waitress said that it would only be another 8 minutes. Another 22 minutes went and then so did we...

Still no food on the table 1 hour after the order.

I am disappointed by Hans and Glück style, burger patties are not at all juicy, it is all factory made patties hard and tasteless, This is been twice Flensburg and Bochum. Can’t even taste real meat .. I will rate is bad burger experience, its like exorbitant price for automated burgers with not taste at all,..... I personally will not recommend Hans and Glück style Avoid it !! find better restaurants which cook from from fresh meat rather factory made ....

Very nice and very busy

I had a group of 24 people and as a tour guide i was extremely impressed with the speed and quality of service at Saturday night. And the taste of thr burgers and fries was marvellous 😻❤️

Great burgers, charming surroundings, friendly service

Have been a few times here with the children. The food has always been good. The best thing is the value of the children's menu. It's a very good sized main course plus a dessert and drink. It is big enough for my 12 year olds too. The salads on the normal menu are also really big, I find. It's not getting 5 ☆ because I always get the feeling that they are lacking a member of staff.

A lot of vegan options to choose from. The interior design was great, the staff was kind and very fast. I had Panflöte burger and it tasted great.

We go there often for their great ambiance and good service.. it's perfectly lit up and food is fine.

Fantastic place , they have so many choices and you can choose to have for example Burger 🍔 without bread. Vary good drinks specially their cocktails and non alcoholic home made drinks 🍹 Vary kind staff and actually very good speed 🤩🤗 thank you so much for your good food and fair prices 😍🙏🏻
